GATE WON'T OPEN
- If the electric gate opener fails when our Property Manager is not on duty, contact any Board member for help
ROOF ACCESS
- There is a roof access hatch above the top-floor walkway of each building
- Due to security and liability concerns, and to prevent damage to roof membranes, no one may access the roof without Management approval
PROBLEM INTERNAL TO YOUR UNIT
- Make arrangements with a vendor of your choice
