No owner may rent his or her unit to a tenant without prior approval. All rentals require a lease of 6 months or more. Immediate family (child or parent) are not considered tenants under this rule. Please contact Management for details.
Communications from The Ridge COA, including newsletters, meeting announcements and website content, are directed to Owners. It is the responsibility of Owner/Investors to inform their tenants of all relevant condo communications and to ensure compliance.
