***NEWCOMERS & POTENTIAL BUYERS***
We are excited to welcome new owners to The Ridge community! Your arrival will be smoother if the seller has submitted the required Pre-Closing Notice to The Ridge Condominium Owners Association of Spokane (COA).
Closing costs for sales at The Ridge include a $2,500 assessment for buy-in to the condo Reserves fund (see R&R 1.5 below for details). Please note there are COA rules related to move-in and remodeling (especially R&R sections 3&5). If you are considering offering your unit for rent, refer to R&R section 1.19 regarding rentals. Note that you must own the unit at least 6 months before being eligible to apply for permission to lease it to a tenant.
All owners at The Ridge are responsible to know and follow the stipulations of our COA governing documents. Washington State law requires that these be provided by the seller prior to closing on a sale. They are also linked below.
